We managed to take a trip to Sedona over the last couple of weeks. Just a long weekend for one of my oldest friend's wedding. Everything was beautiful, couldn't have a more perfect place for a wedding. Thursday we spent the day traveling, meeting some of the girls at the airport, and driving our sweet mini van through the mountains. With the wedding shower, welcome dinner, wedding, and Sunday brunch there was only a little time left for sight seeing. We took a 6-mile hike on Friday-yup, pregnant girl on a 6-mile hike-and climbed up and down the red rocks. I have to say I'm pretty proud of myself because I climbed higher than everyone else in our group. Vain dressed as a bee keeper to avoid a sun burn and the back of Chrissy's legs from the knee down got a pretty sweet sun burn. Funny looking in a short dress, but i don't think anybody noticed.
Congratulations to you and Vain! Very excited for you and your family -- what a blessing! It was only yesterday when you and Michelle switched sisters -- where did that time go? Laughing just thinking about it. Your parents will LOVE being grandparents -- it's absolutely incredible! Wishing you and Vain the best!!
